GAWU clarifies position on submission of Annual Returns

Well A few reports in the media spoke about our Union being delinquent in the submission of its Annual Returns to the Registrar of Trade Unions. Those reports followed the publication in a recent edition of the Official Gazette by the Registrar of Trade Unions a list of such Unions. The GAWU, for its part, has always satisfied its statutory requirements and was taken aback by the report.
